Aujourd’hui, on va parler de comment trouver un emploi en CRO ou en laboratoire ?

Alors, la CRO ou le laboratoire ce sont deux choses différentes. Trouver un emploi en CRO sera probablement plus facile que trouver un emploi en laboratoire pharmaceutique. Je vais vous expliquer pourquoi. En CRO, déjà pour commencer, il y a beaucoup plus de postes. Il y a beaucoup plus de postes qu’en labo puisque les laboratoires ont tendance aujourd’hui à sous-traiter de plus en plus les prestations de recherche et de développement. Sauf les prestations qui seraient très centrales pour eux. Mais sinon, ils ont tendance à sous-traiter. Donc vous allez plus trouver des postes en CRO qu’en laboratoire pharmaceutique d’une part.

Deuxième chose, trouver une poste en CRO. En fait, la CRO ce qui l’intéresse c’est que vous ayez une formation d’ARC et que vous ayez notamment certains pré requises comme un bon niveau d’anglais, une formation scientifique et également un stage. Un stage notamment sur le métier d’attaché de recherche clinique avec du monitoring pour qu’il puisse rapidement vous mettre sur le terrain. Les postes en laboratoire au final, vous allez en trouver plutôt lorsque vous aurez de l’expérience, ou alors vous pouvez être détaché dans un laboratoire via une CRO. Lors de ce détachement, vous serez dans les locaux des laboratoires, vous travaillerez comme les salariés du laboratoire mais vous ne serez pas salariés du laboratoire, vous serez salariés d’une CRO. Dans ce cas-là, il y a des postes qui vont émerger au sein de ce laboratoire où vous pourrez postuler et éventuellement il y aura certains arrangements qui pourront se faire entre le laboratoire et le CRO pour que vous puissiez travailler au final dans la CRO.

C’est une des méthodes qu’on retrouve régulièrement pour pouvoir intégrer un laboratoire. Bien sûr, il est possible d’intégrer un laboratoire en direct en postulant mais bon, c’est en tout cas une manière.

Voilà, si vous cherchez des postes en CRO ou en laboratoire, sachez que vous aurez plus de chances de trouver un poste en CRO.

So, CRO or pharmaceutical laboratory is two different things. Finding a job in a CRO will probably be easier than finding a job in a pharmaceutical laboratory. I’ll tell you why. In CRO, for starters, there are a lot more jobs. There are a lot more jobs than in the lab, because labs today tend to outsource more and more research and development services. Except for services that would be very central to them. But otherwise, they tend to outsource. So, you’re going to find more positions in CROs than in pharmaceutical laboratories on the one hand.

The second thing is finding a CRO position. In fact, what he’s interested in is that you have CRA training and that you have certain prerequisites such as a good level of English, scientific training and also an internship. An internship, in particular on the job of clinical research associate with monitoring so that he can quickly put you in the field. Laboratory positions are more likely to be found when you have experience, or you can be seconded to a laboratory via a CRO.

During this secondment, you will be on the laboratory premises, you will work as a laboratory employee, but you will not be a laboratory employee, you will be an employee of a CRO. In that case; there are positions that will emerge within that laboratory where you can apply and eventually there will be some arrangements that can be made between the laboratory and the CRO so that you can eventually work in the CRO.

That’s one of the methods that you’re going to find on a regular basis to be able to join a lab. Of course, it is possible to join a live laboratory by applying, but that’s one way.
