Laura and I have started our mentoring since February 2016. She gives us a first testimony of her progress!
I am very happy to share my story on my first mentoring interviews with Vanessa Montanari.
My name is Laura, and after a little more than ten years in basic research, I will now work as a clinical research associate.
The mentoring contest offered by Vanessa seemed to be a great opportunity for me to have advice and feedback by a professional of sector who has a much diversified course, on this new profession in which I am engaged. So I have the chance to benefit from this year of mentoring.
During my first interview with Vanessa, we have discussed on our courses and the direction I wanted to give to my career. We have reviewed my resume together and strengths to bring out to find an internship that would fit my needs (and my personality!).
Vanessa has subsequently followed the evolution of my interviews.
Friendly and helpful, Vanessa put me at ease right away so we can have constructive discussions, during which she willingly shares her experience and answers my questions.
I am sure this year will be rich and I know that Vanessa will be there to help me orient myself …on the CDI road. “
We keep you informed of the progress of Laura. Laura has already started her internship at a renowned CRO! Congratulations, Laura! We will post from time to time articles on this topic.
See you soon,
