Since 2014, a professional meeting is integrated for the first time in the Labor Code. It aims to promote dialogue within the company about the career prospects of the employee, especially in terms of qualification and employment. It takes place every two years from the hiring date (Art. L6315-1 of the Labor Code).<\/p>\n

    During the meeting, you need to deal\u00a0straight in the matter. You can put\u00a0forward (irrefutable) evidence of your investment in\u00a0the company. Then, you need to convince your manager and confirm with him that your results have provided real added value to the company. He must fully agree (you have to get a real \u00ab\u00a0yes\u00a0\u00bb). Only in the second\u00a0part of the conversation that you may\u00a0request a salary increase (you can even announce the percentage increase).<\/p>\n
