That’s it! Pharmaspecific has gone green! I was a bit chilly at first but after careful reflection, I took the plunge.<\/p>\n

Yes, we have adopted the electronic signature. The first time a service provider spoke to me about electronic signatures, my first reflex was a rejection. What if we hacked my signature? How it works?<\/p>\n

Since I am a good skeptic, I decided to inquire about the subject and I consulted three providers recognized in the market in order to be clear.<\/p>\n

I found that this method was used by many banks, but also by several CROs. So why not us?<\/p>\n

But in fact, what is the value of this type of solution?<\/p>\n

Signing a document without printing it<\/em><\/span><\/h2>\n

It avoids using paper and is good for the environment.<\/p>\n

Send the document by e-mail<\/em><\/span><\/h2>\n

No need to send documents by mail. It is good for the purse in addition to being ecological: one saves envelopes and stamps.<\/p>\n

Sign a document without having to meet other signatories<\/em><\/span><\/h2>\n

Here you save transport: less CO2<\/sub> emissions.<\/p>\n

Keep the document in digital format<\/em><\/span><\/h2>\n

It takes up less space. Documents are stored securely in the Cloud using an archiving solution.<\/p>\n

Finally, in our case, we decided to consume French with a local company. Sometimes, in an international context, it is good to provide work to French companies.<\/p>\n
