Small CROs, where to find them to apply?<\/h1>\n

Are you looking for a clinical research position and you could not find anything? Have you tried to apply for\u00a0small CROs? Here are two effective methods to find them before applying.<\/p>\n

A few months ago, I had written an article on \u00ab\u00a0The 5 best solutions to find a CRA job<\/a>\u00ab\u00a0.<\/p>\n

Many Internet users were interested in my third proposition: \u00ab\u00a0Apply for small CROs\u201d and my fourth suggestion: \u201cDo not look for small companies job advertisements, apply straight away.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n

Some have asked me to provide them with lists, others asked for methods to find these small CROs. In this article, I am suggesting\u00a0both \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

First, weaponed\u00a0with your\u00a0CV and your cover\u00a0letter in English and French. Save them under\u00a0PDF files for a more professional look. Thus, your formatting will always be perfect, no matter the software your recipient will use. If you do not have the appropriate software on your PC, download it for free here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Then, get prepared\u00a0for possible\u00a0English interviews by phone. It would be a shame to be contacted and decrease your chances \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n

Your tools to find CROS and apply: LinkedIn and \/ or Viadeo (paying subscription) and your Google search engine.<\/p>\n

M\u00e9thode 1\u00a0: Recherche GOOGLE<\/strong><\/h2>\n

1.\u00a0Finding the coordinates of small CROs\u00a0online<\/h3>\n

You will have two scenarios:<\/p>\n

The CRO is located in France<\/u><\/p>\n

If the CRO is established in France, its might require CRA for its projects in France. Go for it and apply.<\/p>\n

The CRO operates in Europe (excluding France) or abroad<\/u><\/p>\n

Some small foreign CROs are already operating in France and others have plans to set up there. Depending on their needs, they will hire CRAs. Some will advertise job on\u00a0internet ads (LinkedIn) and others not. The key is to apply at the right time and have the right profile. You will\u00a0probably \u00a0be the first CRA of this CRO in France (consequently, some experience is required!)<\/p>\n

To be informed about new implementations and CROs, I advise you to do internet alert\u00a0on clinical research industry to be aware of any new information on this sector. There are internet sites that carry out monitoring in clinical research abroad. You can find them on Google by keying in words such as \u00ab\u00a0Clinical research organization news\u00a0\u00bb and subscribe on\u00a0their RSS feed.<\/p>\n

By doing a simple Google search with key words such as \u00ab\u00a0Contract research organization\u00a0\u00bb \u00ab\u00a0Contract research organization list\u00a0\u00bb, I found two interesting lists. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

The link contains 751 listed CROs a. I think those this list will keep you busy for a while \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n

This is the association of French CROs, which needs no introduction. They have a directory referencing many French CROs, members of association. Learn about every\u00a0company because they are not all doing monitoring of clinical studies.<\/p>\n

2. Organize your research<\/h3>\n

When you find a new CRO, I recommend you to go on its website.<\/p>\n
