Bonjour, c’est Vanessa Montanari du blog de la recherche clinique pour une nouvelle vidéo. J’ai une question : est-ce que je dois payer aussi cher pour une formation d’ARC ?

Dois-je payer si chère une formation d’ARC ?

Il faut savoir que les formations d’ARC peuvent se faire soit à l’université. Donc, là où le coup ou les tarifs de l’université ne sont pas très élevés mais alors quand même. Puis, si non, il y a les formations privées. Les formations privées, on peut en trouver entre 2000 et 4000 euros. Je reçois certains messages de personnes qui me disent s’ils sont bien obligés de payer aussi cher pour une formation. Il faut savoir que la formation d’ARC, là, aujourd’hui, aucune société ne vous prend sans formation d’ARC. Pourquoi ? Parce qu’ils veulent une personne déjà formée avant d’arriver pour travailler avec eux. La formation est obligatoire. Après, est-ce que vous êtes obligés de payer aussi cher pour une formation d’ARC. Je dirais de toutes les façons, le prix est ce prix. A moins de vous faire payer l’information par le pôle emploi, vous n’avez pas d’autre solution que payer pour pouvoir avoir cette formation. Bien sûr, avec le risque que ça ne fonctionne pas et que finalement vous ne soyez pas pris. Voilà, après de manière générale, la plupart des gens trouvent un poste que ce soit dans le public ou privé, en tant que TE C ou en tant qu’ARC. La plupart des gens trouvent un poste d’ARC.  Il y a une petite minorité qui ne retrouve pas de poste. Vous pourriez éventuellement faire partie d’une minorité.

Donc oui, c’est nécessaire de payer cette somme. Après, si le pôle emploi n’a pas la capacité de vous payer cette formation, il va falloir la payer par vous-même si vous pensez que ce métier est vraiment celui qui est fait pour vous. Donc, de quelle manière ? Eh bien, il va falloir mettre de l’argent de côté et puis et travailler. Moi, lorsque j’ai voulu faire cette formation, je ne voulais pas en fait que mes parents puissent me dire que j’avais fait une formation qui n’aboutissait à rien. Donc, j’ai préféré me l’a payé par moi -même. J’ai travaillé à la poste, j’étais placeuse dans des cirques, j’ai distribué des tracts et j’ai fait des économies en l’espace de quatre, cinq mois pour pouvoir me payer cette formation par mes propres moyens puisque le pôle emploi ne voulais pas me la payer et que je n’avais aucune possibilité de faire payer cette formation hormis lettre de ma famille. Donc, quand on veut, on peut. Il ne faut pas rester dans l’attente des autres. Quand on veut quelque chose, il faut se donner les moyens. Donc, donnez vous les moyens si vous pensez que vous avez les capacités. Il faut poser le pour et le contre et être sûr que c’est fait pour vous, lancez vous. De toutes les façons, si ce n’est pas fait pour vous, finalement, il faudra mettre en place des stratégies pour rentrer dans l’industrie pharmaceutique ou alors changer et vous réorienter. De toutes les façons, il faut prendre un petit peu de risques dans la vie, sinon on n’aboutit à rien. Soyez courageux et puis prenez les bonnes décisions, à bientôt et au revoir !

Do I have to pay so much for CRA training?

You should know that CRAtraining can be done either at the university. So, where the coup or the university fees are not very high but then still. Then, if not, there are private training courses. Private training courses can cost between 2,000 and 4,000 euros. I get some messages from people who tell me if they have to pay that much for a training course. You have to know that no company will take you without CRA training. Why is that? Because they want someone who has already been trained before they arrive to work with them. Training is mandatory. When I wanted to do this training, I didn’t actually want my parents to be able to tell me that I’d done a training course that didn’t lead to anything. So I preferred to pay for it myself. I worked at the post office, I was an usher in circuses, I distributed leaflets and I saved money in the space of four or five months to be able to pay for this training on my own, since the employment centre did not want to pay me for it and I had no way of making my family pay for this training apart from a letter from my family. So, when you want to, you can. We must not wait for others. When you want something, you have to give yourself the means. So, give yourself the means if you think you have the ability. You have to ask yourself the pros and cons and be sure that it’s made for you, go for it. In any case, if it’s not for you, you’ll have to put in place strategies to get into the pharmaceutical industry or change and redirect yourself.
