Alors, photo ou pas de photo pour votre CV? Vous avez sûrement besoin de postuler pour un poste d’arc, et vous vous demandez si vous devez mettre votre photo ou non.

Moi, ce que je vous recommande c’est de mettre une photo uniquement si elle est de bonne qualité. C’est-à-dire qu’il doit s’agir d’une photo professionnelle. Vous pouvez prendre une photo professionnelle, qui vous met en valeur et que vous pourrez mettre sur votre cv.

Par contre, si la photo met en scène vos vacances, si elle présente un profil antipathique ou pas assez sérieux, il vaut mieux ne pas l’utiliser. Dans ce cas, le mieux est de ne pas mettre de photo, car de toutes les façons, le recruteur, s’il vous recrute, n’aura pas besoin de photo pour décider qu’il veut vous voir ou non en entretien.  

Ce qui est important, c’est le contenu de votre CV et l’entretien que vous allez passer avec lui. Donc, photo oui, idéalement une bonne photo, sinon, il vaut mieux ne pas en mettre.

You probably need to apply for a CRA position, and you’re wondering whether or not to put your picture up. So, what I recommend is that you put a photo only if it’s of good quality. That means that it is a professional photo.

You can, in fact; have a professional photo or one that highlights you that you can put on your CV. On the other hand, if it is a photo where you can see behind that you are on vacactions, or where your face looks really unpleasant, this photo is not serious enough, then forget it.
