LEEM website (National Union of the pharmaceutical industry) is the best of all sites. It offers jobs in France for the entire pharmaceutical industry. On average, there are more than 10 job offers per day. There is also an interface to file an anonymous CV. You have to get back to recruiters because they do not receive your details!

2^nd place of best job websites for CRAs: CLINICAL STUDY

This French site publishes more than a dozen job offers per month. There is also an interface to file his resume.

3^rd place of best job websites for CRAs: PHARMIWEB

This English site offers posts worldwide for the entire pharmaceutical industry. There are regularly CRA positions for France.
