I can’t find a CRA job, I’m stressed, what can I do?

So, what I wanted to tell you is that when you are stressed, you communicate your stress to the future employee, you communicate your stress to the recruiter. And the recruiter, what is the recruiter looking for? He’s looking for someone who is able to control his emotions because the job of CRA is an extremely stressful job at a certain time, not all the time, but at a certain point, it’s a job that’s stressful all the time. If you’re stressed in an interview, he’s already wondering what it’s going to be like when you have really stressful periods. So, you need to put strategies in place so that you can improve on that. So, there are different things that need to be done. First, if you are stressed, you have to try to identify the reason for your stress, which could be for various reasons, such as fear of not succeeding. So, if you’re afraid of not succeeding, of not finding any, you also need to understand that the people you’re looking at are the people in front of you. I, for example, am Mr. and Mrs. Everybody. So you have to put yourself in the shoes of those people and then say to yourself, I want to succeed, but I know that this stress is going to have an impact on me, so I have to be able to control myself and all that, and I’m going to work on that.

How can you work on that? You can use some tools like meditation, for example. It’s pretty well known. There are even clinical trials that are being done in psychiatric hospitals for people who are depressed.  At the end of the studies, they found that it had a real effect on patients. For example, you can lean into meditation. It’s called mindfulness meditation. So it’s not a religious meditation or anything like that. I advise you to learn about this, also about sophrology, which is a little bit in the same vein, you might say. Then, you have to get to know yourself well to be able to speak better about yourself and speak to yourself with confidence. Also, to de-stress, it is also necessary that you lead a strategy in the way in which you look for the technique of work, how is it that you look for. If you don’t know the environment, you may find it difficult to know exactly where to find the positions you are looking for. There, those are some leads.
