Comme j’ai déjà expérimenté le métier d’ARC dit « Presta », Je t’ai préparé une vidéo « stratégie » et t’explique l’intérêt d’être ARC presta par rapport à un ARC CRO. Bonjour. C’est Vanessa Montanari du blog de la recherche clinique. Aujourd’hui, je vais vous parler de la différence entre l’ARC CRO et l’ARC presta. Alors, qu’est-ce que c’est l’ARC presta ? En fait, c’est un ARC qui en travaille dans un laboratoire pharmaceutique mais qui est embauché par une CRO. C’est-à-dire que la CRO l’a in source dans un laboratoire pharmaceutique et il travaille au sein du laboratoire avec l’ensemble du personnel du laboratoire pharmaceutique. Alors que l’ARC CRO est un arc qui dans sa CRO travaille pour plusieurs laboratoires sur différents types de projets de différents laboratoires. Il peut avoir à peu près jusqu’à cinq études en tant qu’ARC pour différents laboratoires. Donc, quel est l’intérêt d’être ARC Presta ? L’intérêt c’est que souvent les laboratoires pharmaceutiques, quand ils veulent embaucher du personnel, ils embauchent souvent leurs ARC presta. C’est-à-dire les ARC des CRO qui travaillent avec eux, avec qui ils ont déjà une bonne connaissance, ils embauchent ces personnes par la suite. Quand il y a un poste qui se libère en interne l’ ARC presta est aux premières loges pour pouvoir postuler à ces postes. Donc, l’intérêt d’être un ARC presta c’est de pouvoir intégrer plus facilement un laboratoire que si vous postuliez de manière classique au laboratoire. Donc, c’est là vraiment l’avantage d’être un ARC presta. Après, en fonction des structures, en fonction des laboratoires, on est plus ou moins intégrés au sein du laboratoire dans les activités mais tout dépend du laboratoire, on peut être très intégré ou pas du tout, vraiment se sentir prestataires plutôt que comme un salarié de ce laboratoire.
