J’ai eu régulièrement, notamment, sur le service de remboursement de frais patients, des professionnels en recherche clinique qui nous ont dit non il ne faut pas récupérer les initiales du patient, veuillez enlever cette information des tableaux. Il ne faut pas récupérer les initiales.

Bien, aujourd’hui il est temps que je parle de ce sujet pour que de nombreux professionnels à la recherche clinique puissent être au courant que oui nous avons le droit de récupérer les initiales des patients et de transmettre les initiales des patients à un promoteur. L’initial patient et le code qui permettent d’identifier les patients peuvent être transmis aux promoteurs. Parlons des initiales. Les initiales, en fait, la CNIL autorise que l’on récupère les initiales. Vous pouvez retrouver cette information dans le texte de la MR001 que vous allez voir là tout de suite. Après, c’est à eux de vous dire qu’ils ne veulent pas recevoir ses initiales parce qu’ils ne sont pas autorisés à récupérer les initiales dans leur pays. Donc après, il faut trouver un terrain d’entente puisque nous avons droit, vous n’avez pas droit, à ce moment là il faut trouver un terrain d’entente. Vous n’avez pas droit donc on ne vous les envoie pas mais nous avons le droit en France de récupérer les initiales des patients dans les cahiers d’observation.
